My Warranty

For ready-made malas, as long as it is not damaged, you may return it within 3 days of receipt, for any reason, and receive a credit towards a different piece. (less shipping)

 

Custom malas are made for a specific person and are not resalable; therefore, they are not returnable or refundable.

I use the strongest nylon cord available so that you can use your mala daily; however, if for some reason the string should break in under 1 year's time, send it back to me (you pay postage) and I will restring it at no charge.  Please be sure you have all your beads included.  Replacement beads will incur a charge.  Please be mindful not to hit your mala/pendant against hard surfaces, such as countertops.  They are minerals and they can break.  broken pendants cannot be repaired.  While broken pendants can be replaced (for a fee), the whole mala will need to be taken apart and reassembled.  This is not part of the warranty and will incur a repair charge.

Past 1 year and the string broke?  Please return it and I will restring it for $60 which includes the new string (postage is additional).  Please be sure to include all your beads.  Missing beads will incur a charge.

It is best not to wear your mala into water or use any cleaning products on it.
